As Director of Operations, Shelby Hardy brings over 15 years of healthcare experience and a deep-rooted passion for serving her community. A proud Nevada native, she was born and raised in Ely, where she was actively involved in 4-H and Health Occupation Students of America. Her early dedication to service laid the foundation for a career focused on making a positive impact in healthcare. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family outdoors in the beautiful landscapes of northern Nevada.

Gina serves as our Clinical Manager and has dedicated her life to helping others. Combining her compassion with her expertise as a registered nurse, Gina has made a lasting impact on patient care. She earned her nursing degree in Minnesota in 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in the field. Known for championing evidence-based practices while addressing each patient’s unique needs, Gina consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of care. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, dancing, and spending time watching her twin granddaughters grow up.

Elaine spent 8 years in the Army, including two tours overseas. After serving the country, she spent the next decade-plus, caring for critically ill patients as a registered nurse and healthcare administrator. She acquired American Legacy to continue her mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality support to individuals in need. Elaine founded and manages Grand Rose Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping fellow Veterans navigate the disability claims process—something she knows firsthand. In her spare time, she volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and enjoys soaking up the energy and culture of Las Vegas.

Nicci Hamilton is our seasoned Client Care Manager, with over 25 years of experience in management and staff development in the healthcare field. She is highly skilled in problem solving, conflict resolution, and de-escalation with an extensive background in behavioral health, as well. Dedicated to excellence and compliance, with a commitment to client-centered care. Nicci’s expertise in scheduling/staffing, ensures proper staff coverage. Her deep understanding of healthcare and human resource management promotes staff and client retention. When she’s not working, Nicci enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
